Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, contracts, and employment documentation.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave requests, and claims processing to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to process invoices, purchase orders, and product inventory, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding for new hires.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, providing insights into HR and administrative metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the retail or luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
