Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and customer contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and dealership management systems.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth transaction workflows and timely delivery of vehicles.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and administrative documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sale support to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking vehicle stock and coordinating with logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial procedures.
- Support marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials and sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of automotive sales processes and terminology is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
