Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Coordinate office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace environment.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for employees across Singapore and Malaysia offices.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support.
- Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update HR databases and administrative systems for optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and office management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in coordinating travel and logistics for international teams is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
