Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, including leave management, performance reviews, and employee benefits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, staying updated on any regulatory changes.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance records and collaborating with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
