As an HR & Admin Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing local and international workforce operations in our Bali office. You will oversee local employee compensation, labor relations, and administrative logistics while ensuring seamless visa and tax compliance for expatriate staff. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals seeking to advance their career in a stable, globally recognized organization.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including PPh21 tax calculations and BPJS social security contributions for local employees.
  • Oversee visa, work permit, and passport renewals for expatriate personnel in compliance with Indonesian immigration laws.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave policies, and labor contracts while ensuring adherence to local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including office logistics, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, finance, and legal teams for workforce-related documentation and audits.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or construction industry setting.
  • Proficient in Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations (PPh21), and social security (BPJS) systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing visa/work permit processes for expatriates.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
