As an HR & Admin Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing local and international workforce operations in our Bali office. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including PPh21 tax calculations and BPJS social security contributions for local employees.
- Oversee visa, work permit, and passport renewals for expatriate personnel in compliance with Indonesian immigration laws.
- Administer employee benefits, leave policies, and labor contracts while ensuring adherence to local labor regulations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including office logistics, procurement, and vendor management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, finance, and legal teams for workforce-related documentation and audits.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or construction industry setting.
- Proficient in Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations (PPh21), and social security (BPJS) systems.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing visa/work permit processes for expatriates.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
