Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in the semiconductor and engineering sectors.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, training, and development programs.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR and administrative matters.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering open communication and resolving employee relations issues.
- Coordinate with regional teams to align HR practices and policies across Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the semiconductor or engineering industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
