Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for clinical and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with local labor laws and company values.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Streamline administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, hiring efficiency) and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align workforce planning with business objectives and expansion goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in healthcare or service industries).
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia or the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is an advantage.
