Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead administrative functions, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and office management.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all HR and administrative documents, including contracts, attendance, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus but not required.
