We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments—ideally someone with a background in the Fashion or FMCG industries. As we continue to scale, you will be responsible for streamlining workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a high-performance company culture. • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office facilities, vendor management, and utility procurement.

  • Manage payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR & Admin managerial capacity.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in the Fashion or FMCG retail sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
