Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Coordinate office administrative tasks, such as managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team events and gathering feedback.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Provide general support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for HR and people management with a desire to grow in the field.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is a plus but not required.
