Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding coordination.
  • Execute accurate monthly payroll processing, including CPF contributions, tax filings, and leave management.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal data policies.
  • Oversee office administrative functions, including supply procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, training programs, and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace grievances.
  • Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management review to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an HR and Admin function; seniority will be determined based on experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, MOM regulations).
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
