Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Coordinate office operations, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement of supplies.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisals.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the workplace.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvements.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
