Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives to ensure staff alignment with corporate goals and values.
- Drive corporate culture programs and team-building events that improve employee morale and retention.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, leave administration, and government-mandated HR reporting.
- Support office management tasks to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace environment.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and banking industry regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage internal stakeholder relations.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
