Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Coordinate office administration, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
