As our HR & Admin Executive, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance with local labor laws. Your organizational skills will be key in preparing essential HR documentation, coordinating orientation programs, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibility
- Prepare and process Letters of Employment, Confirmation, and other HR-related documents in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare programs.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as office supply management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies in all HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
