Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across Bali operations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance team performance and retention.
  • Handle payroll administration, benefits coordination, and leave management in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate office administration, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to align with business growth objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is advantageous.
