Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across Bali operations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance team performance and retention.
- Handle payroll administration, benefits coordination, and leave management in collaboration with finance teams.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate office administration, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to align with business growth objectives.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is advantageous.
