Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Handle employee queries regarding company policies, leave management, and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with HRIS software or payroll systems is considered a significant advantage.
