Responsibility

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Handle employee queries regarding company policies, leave management, and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software or payroll systems is considered a significant advantage.
