Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide comprehensive payroll support, including timekeeping, benefits administration, and salary processing.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, such as supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, team-building activities, and company events.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
