Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee benefits and leave records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
