Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping staff to ensure high-performance standards.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning protocols for all guest areas.
- Manage laundry operations, including quality control of linens and uniforms.
- Maintain precise inventory of housekeeping supplies, cleaning agents, and utility equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet company health and safety standards.
- Mentor and train team members on hospitality best practices and professional guest interaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility upkeep and guest request fulfillment.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within the hospitality or housekeeping sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in managing cleaning supply inventories and laundry operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
