As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. Your leadership will directly impact guest experiences, making this role both rewarding and impactful.
Responsibility
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage.
- Implement and monitor hygiene and safety protocols in line with industry regulations.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to housekeeping attendants.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is an advantage.
