Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain hotel standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
