Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of front-of-house staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to dietary restrictions.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage cost control measures.
- Train new employees on service protocols, POS systems, and customer engagement best practices.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or international restaurants.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
