Responsibility
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, to the highest standards.
- Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and restocked with amenities before and after guest stays.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and polish surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including folding linens, towels, and uniforms as needed.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of daily tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
