Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replace and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they are fully stocked, organized, and ready for guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry services, including sorting, washing, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper handling techniques.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
