Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as per established protocols.
- Inspect rooms and apartments for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and guest requests, reporting any issues promptly.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and use approved chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services (e.g., extra pillows, turndown service) in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of low stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (preferably in hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
