Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across all co-living properties.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain consistency.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to address repairs, replacements, and guest requests promptly.
- Manage supply procurement, budgeting, and cost control for housekeeping materials and equipment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company values.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including cleanliness scores, guest feedback, and team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and international standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in hotels, resorts, or co-living spaces.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and digital tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
