Responsibility
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet company standards.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor and control inventory of housekeeping supplies, ensuring cost-effective usage.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures, checklists, and training programs.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services and resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
