Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain the cleanliness of units.
- Ensure all common areas, bathrooms, and kitchens are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Replace and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for tenants and staff.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by the management.
- Provide friendly and professional service to tenants, addressing any concerns related to cleanliness.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
