Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and cold brew, adhering to Evenly’s high standards.
- Craft delicious protein smoothies and other beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Operate and maintain café equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring optimal performance.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, including restocking supplies and sanitizing workstations.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or similar setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee culture and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
