Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of hospitality sites, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate manpower, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Administer HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Implement and monitor service quality standards, conducting regular audits and improvements.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and service excellence.
- Handle budgeting, inventory management, and cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, health regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
