Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of restaurant dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces to ensure a pristine environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to comply with local health regulations and Lemanja’s standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including table arrangements, linens, and decor, as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and housekeeping emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to address spills, stains, or other cleanliness issues during service hours.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and upholstery care, on a scheduled basis.
- Adhere to sustainable practices by using eco-friendly cleaning products and minimizing waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with international guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 10 kg for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of Bali’s hospitality industry or prior experience working in Uluwatu is a plus.
