Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are polished and free of debris.
- Replace and replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities (e.g., toiletries, tissues) as needed.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance issues, and report findings promptly.
- Respond to guest requests for additional housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or a related role (preferably in a hotel or resort setting).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 15 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
