Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to ensure they meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels in guest accommodations as required.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, functionality, and presentation, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or special requirements.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
- Follow sustainable practices, such as proper waste disposal and energy conservation, in line with the resort’s eco-friendly initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
