Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet area according to company standards
- Assist in food preparation and presentation under supervision
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or F&B is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Team player with strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
