Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements, order-taking, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with patience and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Assist in opening/closing duties, including setup, restocking, and cashiering (where applicable).
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in F&B service, customer service, or hospitality roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian and other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling (training provided).
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn.
