Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment; training will be provided.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
