Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive training programs for all staff levels, aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and refresher sessions using interactive and engaging methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize training for specific roles (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, front office).
- Maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and digital resources.
- Organize and lead team-building activities to foster a culture of excellence and camaraderie.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and a passion for guest experience excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is advantageous.
