Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, including towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supply closets.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the housekeeping department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
