Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and other company facilities to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and ensure all surfaces (desks, windows, furniture) are free of dirt and debris.
- Restock and maintain supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and other shared areas, including soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and report maintenance needs, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use eco-friendly products where applicable to promote sustainability.
- Assist with waste management, including proper disposal and recycling of materials in compliance with company policies.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning or emergency spill cleanup.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to prepare spaces for meetings, events, or inspections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility maintenance (preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules and deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift/move up to 20 kg, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
