Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and local hospitality regulations.
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
- Oversee room allocations, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., F&B, maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., PMS, Opera) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
