Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with efficiency and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and preferences using property management systems (PMS).
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational smoothness.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions with precision.
- Provide local recommendations, travel tips, and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
