Are you a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Partnership Manager with a passion for building strategic relationships in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas) to expand our network of hotel partners and drive revenue growth through effective deal-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality hotel partners across Bali’s most sought-after destinations. Your ability to negotiate win-win agreements, understand market trends, and foster long-term partnerships will be key to your success. Responsibility
- Identify and target potential hotel partners in Bali, including boutique hotels, resorts, and luxury properties.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new hotel partners and expand market presence.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management teams to drive long-term collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for hotel acquisitions and revenue generation.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance, pipeline growth, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B partnerships or client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market, including key players and trends.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to meet with potential and existing partners.
