Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor front-line staff to uphold company standards, fostering a high-performance and guest-centric culture.
- Handle guest escalations and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain service quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate cross-functional operations, including reservations, F&B, and maintenance.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and local laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury or upscale hospitality settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality standards and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
