Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Lead pre-opening or renovation projects, including space planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to build a high-performing hospitality team.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, with data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and issue resolution.
- Maintain health, safety, and sustainability standards in alignment with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in hotel pre-opening, renovations, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, facility management, and operational workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) and hospitality software.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to fast-changing demands.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
