Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multicultural team to maintain high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Serve as the primary liaison for VIP guests, corporate clients, and Mandarin-speaking visitors, ensuring personalized and culturally sensitive service.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and attract high-value bookings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Operations Manager).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of managing luxury or 5-star hotels/resorts, with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Amadeus) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
