Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with company values.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in a wildlife-integrated setting.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, vendors, and tourism partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in high-end hospitality.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Passion for wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism practices.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays.
