Responsibility
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to uphold Verjandel’s service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotions, packages, and partnerships that attract high-value clientele.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
- Foster relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a 4- or 5-star property.
- Proven track record in P&L management, staff development, and guest experience enhancement.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and local Bali cultural nuances is advantageous.
