Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the F&B team, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
- Oversee table management, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity and guest flow.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of food quality, presentation, and hygiene to comply with health and safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and sales reporting to support profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, reservation management, and inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Korean cuisine and dining culture is a plus.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
