Responsibility
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train the management team and staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, promotions, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
